    "An expensive paperweight"

    Pros: Fun and easy to use while it lasts.

    Cons: It only lasts long enough for the 90 day warranty

    Summary: I loved this player. I read about the "upgrader" bug after I bought it, but it didn't seem to apply to my player...until it did...fresh out of the (90 day) warranty...gone...tech support suggested all the things I had already tried, then told me it needed replaced. Thanks for nothin'. Goodbye Rio, I'll never buy another player from you again...because you knew this would happen, and you still keep selling them...goodbye forever.
