"Good phone but you can do better for the money"
Pros: Swivel screen is durable and handy, camera takes solid pictures for emailing, solid feature set
Cons: Works with Sprint so your service is spotty, a little bulky, poor battery life
Summary: When I first bought this phone at the end of 2003, it was the flagship of Sprint's line but it's now been surpassed by better technology. This phone does have all the features most people need and the camera function is good enough to send decent photos by email. Sprint's Vision service works well enough and is relatively cheap. The swiveling screen and rotating camera lens make picture taking that much easier with this camera. I find the buttons are fairly easy to use and the navigation menu is pretty straightforward. One feature I use a lot is the alarm function, which allows you to set multiple alarms at different times and with different ringers. When I first bought this phone, the screen resolution was cutting edge but now it's fairly mediocre. I have had problems with battery life on this phone, but I am still not sure if it's the phone or just bad luck with the battery. The size of this phone is my main issue - it's too big to comfortably carry in your pocket - it's no Motorola Razr. If you're looking at purchasing this phone for over $200, I'd opt for newer technology.
