"more than a phone or pda, a tool"
Pros: phone, word, excel, calendar, contacts, tasks, internet, email
Cons: not much. older processor, light on memory
Summary: I've had this unit for 3 years now through tmobile. thought i'd put my two cents in. I upgraded to the hp offered by tmobile.
this unit has been a great tool. good phone. I've used it all over the US and in Italy. keeps my entire life all together. load microsoft money & pocket streets on it and you can track expenses & have maps. internet is slow, like dial up. can get check email.
tip...use a SD card to load all your programs on and it will save the unit's memory.
if you can get one for cheap, do so. it's still a great machine.
