"Excellent & easy to use camera"
Pros: I've had the camera for 3 months and so far it is FANTASTIC. Picture quality is excellent, it's very easy to use for taking pictures & videos. Sound on videos is good from the camera (but I haven't uploaded any to the computer yet).
Cons: Not sure yet about service & support - so I gave it more of a neutral rating on the scale. Otherwise, I haven't found any negatives yet!!!

Pros: Has tons of options, if you're already a photographer and compumter pro!
Cons: You MUST BE photographer and computer pro to use the damn thing! The software assumes this!!!

Pros: It's not bad for the price, takes large sized photos, and easy to transfer pics and take video. Can fit into pockets and such.
Cons: It is SO SLOW. It's never ready to go when you want it to, can't take any photos of quality at night or in low-lit situations even outdoors. And most significantly, you don't get crisp clear vibrant photos even when using a tripod. The colors are usual

"Worked GREAT for about 3 weeks"
Pros: Camera was a nice size. Photos were excellent at first and then...
Cons: ...after two weeks and a lot of new baby photos, the camera began to shoot fuzzy pics and lag a lot. Slow to take a photo...Then it just stopped. Sony wanted 1/2 the price of the unit to fix it...I am walking away...thanks Sony.

"I love the camera for pictures and graphics at the 5 mega pixels the detail is amazing,"
Pros: the uses for photo graphics is so very impressive. I am always amazed by the quality of the pictures. I have been told by many of my friends that the pictures I take look totally professional.
Cons: the memory stick that comes with the camera is crazy when using the camera at it's highest quality. Seriously, when you spend that kind of money you would think they would give you more memory stick for your money.
