"WORST TV EVER"
Pros: NO PROS- ALL CONS
Cons: WHERE DO I START??
Summary: So- it's been three weeks now since I talked to ToSHITba about my lamp going out. The lamp arrived 9 days later but guess what? It didn't work! I called the same day and now, 14 days later, they can't tell me the status. The people at customer service are RUDE too... Well, when the part does arrive, a technician will have to come and install it- and that takes a week (at least) for an appointment. So I'm looking at another 2 weeks minimum. Who knows if this part will even be what's wrong with it?? I have learned one thing- I have been taking a TV (and quality products) for granted. I wish ToSHITba would come pick it up and give me my money back, since I'm still having to pay for cable and pay the TV off too...

I picked mine TV up at Costco. egistered it with Toshiba who promptly sent me a letter extending the warranty on the buld to two years. They admitted to a manufacturing issue with their supplier. After 4 months my bulb went out. I called and got my bulb in 5 days which included Sat and Sun, and changed it myself (about 15mins total, including getting the allen wrench and phillips screwdriver out of the tool box).
The new bulbs are brighter and better.
