    "good luck ever getting service on this piece of junk"

    Pros: now I know to never buy another Toshiba product

    Cons: buying an extended warranty they never planned to honor

    Summary: Now I know why Toshiba has an "F" rating for the Better Business Bureau and that's because it was the lowest rating they could give these charlatans.
