Cons: Poor tech support, not customizable

"I like it, Good, but...." By charu3

Pros: Good looking wide screen , ideal for student use, 3.3 GHZ processor speed is something worth the money, nice keyboard.

Cons: Fan sound is too high compared with any other laptops like Sony, HP, Dell...

Summary: A good looking laptop but even if its good performavnce than other laptops, if it gets heated up so fast and shuts down many times without any notification ..I lose all unsaved work..which is something NO user can accept today considering the market competition and advancements in technology.
