"Excellent no-frills phone with a few minor problems."
Pros: Small size; simple controls; easy-to-use menus; large buttons; easily-readable screen; no camera, browser or other unnecessary extras; good battery life; prominent emergency buttons; plenty of volume; dedicated buttons for speakerphone & 911.
Cons: Too easy to bump side-mounted volume & voice activation buttons; confusing placement of ICE buttons & control buttons.

Pros: It looks nice and has fairly simple logic
Cons: I HATE THE automatic voice activation button; it will sometimes dial someone if slightly pushed. no way to turn this off and I sometimes have people answer and try to talk to me unknowingly having the phone in my pant pocket. This is embarrassing.
