Worked surprisingly well!
Pros: Small footprint, low tech, no power needed.
Cons: Too light, falls over easily.
Assembly was quick and easy. Positioned the antenna at 176 degrees (Compass Orientation, again courtesy of antennaweb.org) and plugged the little bugger in. Needed to try a couple of positions in/& on top of the entertainment unit to find the sweet spot that brought all the local stations in. Tweaked the orientation a bit and now everything is crystal clear. Dad is thrilled with the picture and now feels his money was well spent on an HDTV. Would have rated it a 10, but the base is too light so the unit tips over easily. We set a rock on it for stability but you could upgrade to a nice brick.
This unit goes by a couple names. Zenith Silver Sensor or HDTV1 antenna. Also may be found under the Gemini brand name.

UNBELIEVABLE!!!
Pros: This little thing is amazing. I live in the sticks of CT (southeastern) and get all the following networks - ABC, CBS, NBC, FOX, UPN, WB, PBS plus some other out of state networks. Better yet I get all the major networks without having to move the anten
Cons: There are none.

This antenna works grrrrrrrreat!
Pros: You can use a long (In my case 25 foot coaxial RG6) and place the antenna in a higher place in your home. My entertainment room is half way underground so I needed to elevate the antenna a bit. It works down low as well, but decided to give it a fighting

Useless for HDTV Reception
Pros:
Cons: The set of 30 year old rabbit ears worked better for HD reception than this fancy setup. Too bad! :<

Buy a Signal Booster
Pros: Easy to set up. Small enough to place anywhere. Better Signal than my $100 antennae I used when I lived in the City a Year ago.
Cons: Takes a little tweaking. I bought a signal booster from Home Depot for $34. I live 30 miles outside a major city with lots of trees. With the signal booster, I get every HD Signal @ 100%. Without it, you may have to position the antennae for each station

Looks will fool you
Pros: Works better than any other antenna at four times the price. Gets 16 stations where Terk TV-55 got only 8 poorly.
Cons: None I'm aware of. I'm 12 miles from the towers and have a direct view, so I can't speak for mulitpath, or longer distances.
