Pros: Tech help polite
Cons: Tech help could not find purchase for refund; not connect me to manager
Summary: Just started using Deduction Pro for 2007 taxes. Discovered there is no way to add new deductions; spent 2 hours on phone with tech help. They could not solve problem. I asked to talk with manager or get refund (Deduction Pro comes with Tax Cut). Agent could not do either; had plenty of excuses.
Agent was polite and tried to be helpful. I am angry with Taxcut not agent. I have been using Taxcut for 10 years. Back to Turbo Tax.
