Intuit TurboTax 2007 Deluxe

Pros: Easy, comprehensive. Some parts are confusing where they want you to average you housing interest rates. I didnt get the point.

Cons: Liars. Use trickery to fool you and you wind up paying hidden fees. Terrible custoemr service...the worst.

Summary: Fed e-filing is free, state is 19.99. Just before you state e-file, it comes up with this additional 29.99 fee ($50 for state e-filing!!!). You can't back out of it. Some users said clicked on no, and it still changed them. I emailed Turbo tax, they responded quickly and said it was just a hold. They were wrong. I was billed and they took the position to not respond. Even after 5 emails. I don't like it where merchants feel they just don't need to respond. I have seen the VP leave his comments, and he doesn?t really answer and is just a spin doctor. Own up to it, and admit that you were sneaky in designing the software this way. I will definitely not use them again. I am leaving my review on every site possible, especially since they are so arrogant and won't respond. I also sent out over 500 of my friends and relatives and email exposing them about this and have encourage them to send it along. That alone will make them lose over and above of what I loss.
Shame on you.
