"long time user not able to update in Vista"
Pros: easy; accurate; smart
Cons: unable to update in vista
Summary: I've used TurboTax for many years and have always been happy. I have a computer with Vista (which I like) but when it trys to update it runs and runs and won't do anything. I see others on the net having the same problem. Intuit's support site doesn't help. Very disappointed...
