    "Waste of time"

    Pros: Works great in single user mode

    Cons: Does not work at all with Vista in Multi User mode

    Summary: I'm stuck with the SW from hell. Its been nightmare talking to techs who just cannot help me. The requirements said compatible with Vista ----- NOT!!! I've called tech support 5 times now - each time spending from 3 to 5 hours on the phone. It still does not work.
