Pros: It's pretty. Still a good financial management product.

Cons: It's buggy. Commonly used features were moved around (from convienient buttons to menu items).

Summary: I was a Quicken 2008 user and have had at least every-other version (if not every version over some years) of Quicken since 1992 and this is the worst version I've used. Basically, it's the same animal in a different dress. The last few versions seem to have only changed the look of the program and not the features. Additionally, this version is particularly buggy. It continues to download old transactions from my financial institutions that have previously been downloaded over the last couple of weeks. Some accounts do not appear in the account sidebar. It crashes a lot. I wish I would have stuck with 2008. Intuit needs to make a more reliable product and start including some new features that are actually useful. Over the years there have been very few functional advances in this product. Start listening to your users...
