  • "Solid product. Nice, incremental upgrade for 2008 User"

Pros: Streamlined interface. Agree that this is not an earth-shattering upgrade, but the product feels more polished in every way from 2008. My installation and upgrade process was smooth with 4 different data sets. Win7 platform.

Cons: Desktop icons inserted automatically by installation process. All are easily deleted, but I find that action offensive.

Summary: To those that argue this is a buggy release, note I waited for it to be out for a bit - Quicken always seems to need 60 to 90 days worth of real world testing to get it tuned properly. For me, so far so good. And with taxes around the corner, I need 2010 to see my 2009 Schedule Report. Quicken 2008 would not show a 2009 Schedule D report. Probably an intentional "obsolesence" feature of 2008 to prompt an upgrade... Well, we all have to make a living.
