"Waste of money if upgrading."
on by moxcoakPros Didn't install it.
Cons Only converts Starter Edition 2008 and 2009 files.
Summary Fine print on bottom of box: "... imports data from Quicken Starter Edition 2008 and 2009 products only". Too bad it's not obvious. Staples will not refund my purchase on an opened software box. Intuit asked me for $30 to open a service request! Very disappointed in Intuit and Quicken. Now I have a $30 unuseable CD.

"Pretty Well worthless"
on by airborne820_1Pros Banking works well. But I can do that with my paper ledger easy enough
Cons Doesn't track investments like previous Basic editions. Intuit help had no clue why my investments were no longer being tracked, even though I told them I was using Starter Edition. If they had, I would probably have upgraded.
Summary I have used Intuit products ( Quicken and Turbo TAX ) for years. For the first few years, it pretty well fit my needs. Every year they get worse instead of better. They don't respond to complaints on the website about features not working When you finally reach a customer service rep/ technical help person, they are pretty much ignorant about the product. If you can't solve the problem yourself, just live with it or delete the program. I will probably go with another financial and tax program this year. Tired of throwing my money down a rat hole called "Intuit."
