    Pros: didn't even get to install it

    Cons: can't import old accounts/data from any version older than 2008

    Summary: intuit decided that anyone who hasn't upgaded in the last year or two must buy the deluxe version or start over. i have used quicken AND turbotax for many many years, will be returning quicken 2010, not sure about turbotax. nice going intuit - NOT
