"Failed CA state software download."
1.0 starson by geosh369Pros: Federal program works fine.
Cons: No manual state download. Integrated state download for CA did not work. Online support was unable to find a solution. Had to wait over 30 min. for help. There are complaints across the country about the state download problems/failures.
Summary: Intuit does not seem to be committed to solving the problem. I have used TurboTax for many years without a problem ... until now. I may not use them again. I will have to use another program to complete my taxes.
