TurboTax Deluxe 2008 (Federal + State)

Pros: If you go to work every day and then come home, this is perfect for you. If you don't own a home, consult on the side, were affected by a disaster, had a health event, etc., thsi is perfect for you.

Cons: I bought this software as a due diligence check, to make sure my tax professional (CPA) was getting m my max return. I expected a slight variance - but the difference was huge - Turbotax return was $512, and the CPA's was $4363.00 - you do the math.

Summary: Spend a little extra, eliminate the risk and maximize your return.
