It did a great job for me...
Pros: Very good walk through
Cons: cost more than other tax software

I'm not sure what the previous user's problems were, but I had no issues bringing up older tax files. TurboTax left nothing out, which is very important because I have a home-based business.
I'm sticking with TT because I've had no problems with it. Very easy to use, and I maxed all my deductions with the detailed walk-through.

Review:
Say you need to get into a Turbo Tax file from a couple years ago ..audit, loan finicial aid ..whatever.. You may have saved your data file, but without THAT YEARS original TT program, you can't do ANYTHING with it.. Maybe you've changed computers (who hasn't) Maybe you downloaded the program from Turbo Tax and it's gone... If you need to open 2003's taxes and don't have the 2003 program.. YOU'RE SCREWED.. Your new 2006 program won't do it. I can open a Word document from 1995 with no problem at all, my Turbo Tax files forget about it.. Have you ever tried to call their tech support?? good luck! Don't trust anything as important as your TAXES to TurboTax!!!
