"Extremely poor customer support"
Pros: Very easy interface, able to complete payroll for 2 employees in under 5 minutes and print pay stubs about 20 minutes later.
Cons: After 4 months, deliquent state tax bills began arriving. Surepayroll had me fax the bills to them and promised answers in 30-45 days. Hearing no response and getting no returned phone calls, I switched to another payroll service.
