"set-up was heck, support great"
Pros: Hard for me to set up and finally called support. Support was excellent and after installation worked great.
Cons: Lousy documentation to set up and missing information need by calling support.

Pros: When it worked (seldom), it worked. It has a problem.
Cons: My device had an intermittent problem. After 2 weeks of back and forth with their (excellent) technicians, after I gave info for an RMA, I was informed that the warranty doesn't cover gifts! Hello D-Link and Link-Sys!
