Cons: Install needs a tweak not really mentioned in the manual (bridging the wired and wireless networks).
Summary: We needed an AP and we didn't want to replace our router. I picked this up and installed it in Windows XP (fully updated). I ran the software and rebooted, make sure you select the option to not let Windows control the network card (option should show up immediately after the first reboot so don't skip it). Set up the AP as per instructions, and then I bridged the wireless and wired network connections by highlighting them (window select) and right click, and select "bridge" in My Network Places properties or control panel/network connections(note, the wired network connection must have internet connection sharing disabled). From that point on it just works like a charm. The only thing I don't like is that the config utility opens a window you have to close on every boot.
If you are not using it as an access point (AP)then it's even easier to set up as you don't need to bridge the networks.
No driver issues at all in Windows XP 32 bit (get them from ASUS instead of using the ones on the disk so they're the newest version). Just Google ASUS drivers.
