    Summary D-LINK customer service is the worst and the biggest liar in the world! I called them 3 times and the second time I called them, they promised me to issue an RMA number because the tech supports are not able to help resolve the issue!

    The 3rd time I called them, the customer service people pretended that I haven't called them and refused to issue an RMA number for their defective product!!!

    THEY ARE THE WORST OF THE WORST EVER! AVOID DLINK!!!

    THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ARROGANT, THEY WILL MAKE YOU LOOK AND SOUND STUPID!

    WARNING: USE D-LINK PRODUCTS ON YOUR OWN RISKS!!! AVOID!!!
