Pros

The DWA-556 has worked one day very good. Receive and send signals were 100% OK.

Cons

Compatibility problems after one day with Windows driver. Often my computer crashed, booted very slow and my RAID 1 hard disc drives status was verivying instead of normal.

Gave me a bluescreen first time I installed it. antenna don't get very good signal. I had to pull my computer out from under my desk to get even a little signal.

I don't recommend wasting your money on this, but buy at your own risk, you may like it. I am no longer using this card, I'm looking for a new one.

Pros

Awesome signal especially with the ANT24-0230 antenna --> used for online gaming 90% of the time. Very low ping.

Cons

After 8-10 months it gets hot and fails.

Summary

I like the performance from this product but i cant afford the time and money to keep replacing these every 8-10 months. My first 2 were the DWA-552, I thought maybe this one was going to be different but i to failed.
