"Good, but WEP does not work"
Pros: Fine picture, good software
Cons: WEP does not work
Summary: I purchased 2 such cameras without prior reading users' reviews. My initial opinion was very good, however in wireless mode the wi-fi network would go completely down (no connection from any device would be possible). I tried several alternatives, such as lowering the connection speed, upgrading the firmware of my netgear, restructuring my DHCP servers - nothing worked.
I searched for similar reports on the internet and the one common thing everybody reported was that the network where the camera failed had WEP protection (128 bit). So I removed WEP (I kept MAC access list restriction) and everything works fine.
Hopefully there will be a firmware update that will fix everything but then again when does "everything" work with computers?...

I found the same frustration with wireless but finally got it to work by very carefully reading the manual.
Instead of thinking of it as getting the camera to work on the network think of it as getting the network to work with the camera.
The ethernet must be uplugged before it will even attempt to nake a wireless connection. Make sure the network and the camera are on the same channel. The camera will not search like every wireless card out there will. Wrong channel no network.
Make sure you SID does not have any spaces. Try starting with the cameras default SID and then change it after you get it working. Start with no security enabled and then add it later. Make sure that you don't mix ASCII and hex when setting the WEP code. If possbile change you wireless network to open inititally and then to shared once WEP is working.
Most of all make sure you know how to reset the camera.
Change one and only one setting at a time so that you know what causes the failure and start your network out with all of the camera's default settings. Good luck. Now if only the remote monitoring software didn't crash all the time.
