    Pros: It had the potential to make storage worry-free

    Cons: It fails for no apparent reason; recovery is impossible (not least because of the proprietary format used internally); Customer Support is the *worst* I have ever encountered across any computer-related product (yes, I know, it's *that* bad).

    Summary: I have had 2 Drobos fail on me while copying from one to the other, and they took all my data with them --- over 4 TB of data just disappeared. AVOID
