Pros: Super long range with a nice stable connection that will work where other wireless adapters won't even see an AP. Having an external antenna is a nice feature too but the included short antenna is all I've been using with great results.
Cons: I don't care for the included clip that attaches to the top of the screen on my laptop. It's flimbsy so I just used a dab of clear silicone to stick it to the back of the screen it looks like a wart but it works fine.
