Pros recognized quickly, easy to install, found drivers without install disk.

Cons would have liked a built in antenna rather than a remote one on a cord.

Summary I was having a problem, albeit some type of software glitch, my desktop with a hard wire internet access was sketchy on when it would receive an internet signal. My laptop never had a problem, so I bought the HP card right from HP for 59.00. So far after several days the internet has been working flawlessly. Signal strength is great and the card is easy to install. I had tried a Belkin hub and USB receiver but that would have to be reset from time to time. I wanted something that was a card on the motherboard rather than USB. So far, problems are all solved.
