"Small and works like a charm"
Pros: The small adapter has great range at a size that practically makes it unnoticeable and unobtrusive.
Useful for transfering pictures or contacts to and from a Bluetooth phone.Cons: The adapter is so small, it may be hard to pull off the USB port.
Summary: Depending on where you buy this adpater (at Fry's Electronics, I got this for $7.99) this is an inexpensive little device that adds Bluetooth connectivity for anycomputer or laptop. The adapter is small and practically unnoticeable, hardly protruding out from the USB port to the point you will hardly find a reason to take it off.
Not good for transferring larger data, such as video or music (Bluetooth spec limitation, not adapter itself).
This adapter is great for pulling off your photos and contacts from your phone to your computer, or connect a wireless headset for VoIP calls and voice chats.
Due to Bluetooth's limited transfer speed, this is not good for transferring music or videos to and from a phone or computer.
Had this for a couple months and hardly had a problem. Just disappointed in the transfer rate, but that is not the fault of the adapter, but more the specs of Bluetooth.
