  "Good for basic functionality."

  Pros: Was able to pair to cell phone (Moto V551) and another PC from laptop.

  Cons: 1. Tech support rates ZERO. 2. Documentation rates ZERO. 3. Online help ZERO 4. Instructions on how to setup items (like Audio Gateway) ZERO!

  "I can't get this to work"

  Pros: bluetooth 1.1

  Cons: software does not fully install. Manual does not match software. I can't get this to connect up to my iPAQ after three hours of installing and re-installing.

  "Doesn't work after reboot or reinstall"

  Pros: Easy to install...and keep your fingures crossed, may be it will work.

  Cons: 1. Worst Tech support. 2. Never works in same USB slot where installed first time 3. After reboot computer doesn't detect hardware. 4. Device pairing problems. 5. Network sharing didn't work
