"HORRIBLE tech support...good product - don't buy Iogear"
Pros: product works as specified once you can get it up & running
Cons: Installation & setup a nightmare...Rude & Unhelpful tech support
Summary: It was time to change out my Anypoint network. Wireless didn't work well so this was a great option. Unfortunately it is not just plug in and run as Iogear would have you believe. Their setup manual is vague and seems to switch between setup instructions for Xp and Win 98SE. After an entire weekend spent with only internet and no file sharing and no weekend tech support (Come on Iogear... families setup their equiptment on weekends!!!) I finally reached tech support who told me that because I had internet it "was not in his charter to set up file sharing... that was a Windows issue"... I have never had a tech support person not even try to help me get their product running. My advice is save the days of stress and aggravation...get the product from a different manufacturer...
