"Does not play well with Win XP"
Pros: Looks nice
Cons: Software does not work well with Windows XP
Summary: The drivers are not in the XP cache and have no Microsoft signature. The installation seemed to go smoothly, but I've been unable to get it to sync with my Tungsten E2 after hours of reading the manual, Kensington support site, reinstalling, and e-mailing Kensington tech support. MANY people have had this and other issues as a quick Google search will show. See, for example, http://www.tonyspencer.com/mt/archives/2004/11/bluetooth_usb_a.htm
The solution for many has been to uninstall the software that came with the device and use MSI driver only, not the Bluetooth stack. Do NOT get this device for anyone with a PC that is not computer savvy. Really, it is not worth the headache for Win XP or Win 2000 users. Get another device.
