Pros: very little
once I penetrated the multiple levels of "support" and secured an RMA and paid return shipment the replacement part ( which also broke) was sent quicklyCons: Unreliable product, broke within 30 days of initial installation, replacement lasted about 6 months never seen a high tech product with this level of unreliability. I have other Linksys products which I am happy with which lead me to this purchase
Summary: Don't buy this product
Set up is no where near as easy as it should be. Abysmal support process I had to drag my computer to a LAN connection and was required to go through multiple re installs on multiple USB ports. Multiple techies asking the same questions off a script. They even asked me to try it on another computer ( not!) All to get a replacement for hardware that was clearly non functional. Then getting the RMA was an incredibly frustrating phone experience with no clear choices on the call centers byzantine menu. And you guessed it the replacement broke 6 months later. -

Pros: keeps connection once you have it...
Cons: signal and speed drops when connected to internet
Summary: if i connect to a network that has no internet access it has nearly perfect signal and speed but as soon as internet is brought into the network signal usually drops to 2 bars and speed 11.0 mbps if im lucky 18.0 mbps

Cons: NO PROBLEMS AT ALL.
Summary: THIS LITTLE GUY IS A POWERHOUSE.MY BELKIN F5D705O KEPT CONNECTING AND DROPPING SO I RETURNED IT BACK TO STORE.TRIED THE WUSB54GSC.NO PROBLEMS WITH CONNECTION.BEEN ON LINE FOR 3 HOURS SO FAR.NOT EVEN A BURP OR HINT AT DICONNECTING.MY PC IS A 300 MHZ DESKTOP PRO.EVEN THOUGH THE SYS REQUIRMENT MINIMUM FOR THIS ADAPTER IS 400MHZ,IT IS STILL RUNNING MY PC PERFECTLY ON-LINE.IT IS CONNECTED TO A WRT54G ROUTER NOT THE WRT54GS THAT IS RECOMMENDED.STILL RUNNING SUPER WITH NO PROBLEMS.THANK YOU LINKSYS FOR GREAT PRODUCTS!

Cons: None that I could see
Summary: Great USB device! Only suggestion to manufacturer would've been to include some sort of sticky mount that you could set it in when connected to your desktop computer, instead of sitting on a shelf next to my printer.
