Pros
Conveniently attaches directly to the back of the 360. Supports WPA, WPA2, PSK-TKIP and AES. Strong, stable signal. Very easy setup. Supports B, G and A!
Cons
$99 is a little steep (but FAR better than no WPA at $50).

Finally, a gaming networking solution that doesn't require me to compromise the security of my home wireless network. Bravo Microsoft! Hopefully, this will be a new trend (but I doubt it for some reason--I expect Nintendo and Sony's solutions to support only WEP...) Setup took all of 3 minutes, connection was rock solid.
