    Pros: My Dell Latitude L400 could not use any of the cardbut 802.11g adapters (linksys, netgear, d-link, etc), but with this USB adapter, I was up and running in less than 10 minutes.

    Cons: Because Windows XP cannot configure this adapter, you must use Netgear's Smart Wizard for connection to wireless access point. I have not been able to set up home network for file and printer sharing due to this problem. Poor tech support due to outsour
