The Kole KX series amps are designed and built with the Competition (SPL) enthusiast in mind. The top vent is designed to accelerate cooling to enable the amps to produce what they were designed for: extreme bass reproduction using the KX series unique proprietary power supply design. And on top of everything the side panels will give you a clean installation look hiding all your connections.
