Pros: finds the most viruses of any software

Cons: extremly slow, better have a computer that can run McAffe and your programs at once, or auto scan at night.

Summary: If you are ready to trade performence for power then McAffe is for you. It replaces Microsoft secrity center, so it controls your anti-virus, firewall, pricacy software, and anti-spyware. It also comes with some neat toys like bandwith tracker and logs all in and out traffic. It is however EXTREMLY SLOW. If you system cannot perform anti-virus and muli-task other things you want it can be a bad idea.

I have a pentium 2.8, 2GBs RAM, and a 7800GT.

Go much lower then 2.66Ghz P4, 1GB RAM, and 6600GT (or similar ATI) and I would expect problems!

Again. Powerful, but slow.
