Cons: Slow, Took hours to install because it kept becoming corrupt after installation, ended up using online download rather than purchased CD. If you allready have a virus, it will NOT install.
Summary: My client asked me to reinstall it for him. There were over 200 infected files of which Norton failed to discover. Not only that, but it wouldn't reinstall with the infected files on the machine, talk about leaving you hanging. I spent about 5 hours manually removing the infected files through command prompt. One program I did use, and have always used to clean my client's computers, TrendMicro's PC-Cillin. IT installed with the viruses on the machine, discovered them, and was able to clean all except the ones inside the System32 folder (which I removed myself). I will never recommend Norton to anyone.

Yes you would think that the program would install and scan the viruse and remove them, but no, it misses way too many keystroke, mal-ware etc.
