"Total satisfaction."
Pros: Sound quality, features, ease of use.
Cons: Hard to program some station pre-sets.
Summary: After checking reviews at CNET and Amazon for these and several competitors, I decided to buy the Microsystem CD at a local store. I have had it for only two days but the set up was a snap and there are no problems so far. The sound quality in CD is superb for this type of item, and the radio reception in both FM and AM are fine. My only gripe is the programming of radio station pre-sets. To program pre-sets 7-12, you use the 1-6 buttons, but you need to "double tap" them. This does not seem to work at all using the on-radio buttons, but does work if you are careful using the remote buttons.
