An excellent micro system for a small bedroom
Pros: small footprint, can play any type of disk, surprisingly decent sound quality
Cons: disk tray's door, display too bright, can't memorize the latest track played, no cassette player

This product has almost all I want: FM/AM radio, cd/vcd/dvd player and built-in power amplifier. One minus point is it doesn't have the cassette player.
Value for money:
Price is more expensive than the similar products. It will even more expensive for the model with the wood cone. However, I did a test with my favourite Laura Fygi's, comparing this product with EX-D5. For my case, I prefer the 'clearer' sound from FS-Y1' speaker.
Ease of use:
The product is very easy to use. Just take it out from the box, connect the speakers, connect the video to the television, connect the power and ...... power on and you have it!! However, learning to use the remote control is quite easy to understand.
Written documentation:
Quite easy to understand. Just don't like the manual with 3 different languages in one bundle.

good sound and video; great value
Pros: 1) Truly compact, 10 in. deep incl. wiring 2) Very good sound for compact 3) component video is excellent
Cons: Dont expect too much base from these speakers (it accepts a subwoofer if desired)
