4.5 starson by jfieldwall1Pros: Does everything it claims. The company is really service oriented. I called once and e-mailed once to ask simple questions. A new Roku arrived for each contact. I have never had any problem that would require a new box. Each item arrived in three days of
Cons: The program suppliers have to provide closed captioning option before I can enjoy them fully. This does not seem to be a limitation of Roku. I have to return the two unopened packages via FedEx.
