"Did not work with Pannasonic 52" LCD and Dish ViP622" on by tpenick

Pros: Works with PS3 no problem. Looks nice and the price is great

Cons: Would not work with my Dish Network ViP622. Sending it back to try the 5X1 switch from monoprice. I am going to lose about $15 in shipping costs though. Even more if I have to send the 5X1 back if that does not work.

Summary: Product is hit or miss.

"Great Product!" on by BILL RUSH

Pros: Very inexpensive, very easy to install

Cons: Agreed lights on the front are bright

Summary: After reading everything online I could find I bought the 4x1 Enhanced 1.3b rev 3.0
It just works and very easy to add to my harmony remote.
No connection issues with my Dish receiver or PS3 I have all routed thru my Samsung HTIB.
I will update this IF I have any issues but for the first month now it has been flawless.
I would/will recommend this to anybody that will listen!

"Threw my money away." on by Digpict

Pros: 4 port switcher - if it works

    Cons: Not a reliable device.

Summary: First one I bought didn't work right out of the box.  Sent it back.  Replacement worked for about 6 months and that has one also stopped working. I had it set up to operate with my Harmony universal remote (wonderful thing).  Just punch "watch DVD" on the remote and the box would switch to input HDMI 2.  But like I said, it no longer works at all.

"Outstanding for sharing PC monitors too" on by Technojunkie3

    Pros: Well made, reasonably priced

Cons: Requires yet another power brick, albeit a small one

Summary: I use one of these with my LG 24" HDMI PC monitor, sharing it with my PCs and my HDTV settop box. Monoprice's HDMI cables are excellent too. Monoprice includes a switching power supply, which is much smaller and more efficient than the usual bloated wall warts. I'm able to listen to HDMI audio through the LG's headphone jack too.

"Makes life just a little easier" on by localeye

Pros: easy setup, small and out of the way

    Cons: LED's are to bright

Summary: I had one switcher by Accell that died in a week. Hopefully I will not see the same from this. So far its been great. Easy to setup. Easy to put in-line with the rest of my gear via Logictech Universal remote. The only complaint is how bright the red power and green channel input lights are. Very bright.
