Pros Great to watch online content
Cons None so far
Summary I was very hesitant to see so many negative reviews on cnet. However, I got a great deal on Amazon ($65 including shipping). I am so glad that I did. Set up is a breeze and as of now (after 1 month of watching it for 1-2 hours a day), I had yet to exprerience any issues with this item. I am puzzled why so many are having problems. Either way, I am very happy. So, far the signal never dropped, picture was never fuzzy and never had to reinstall the sfotware. I guess I got lucky.Oh, I forgot to add that there is no stutter either

Pros Works well and does it's job. I watch movies, programs on a regular basis (atleast once or twice a week).
Cons Connection gets disconnected occasionally and it can be annoying.
Summary I have been using it since Black Friday 2010. It came with my Sony Vaio as a bundle for an extra $20. I think it is worth the $20. It does it's job but can be better in performance. PTV1000 is the initial model that came out so the newer versions might have the performance and capability of connecting to smartphones and other tablet devices. I wish I could connect using my iPad 2 or iPhone 4!
Pros a really convenient way to stream HD media from your laptop. very simple to use and set up.
Cons Screws up aspect ratio on non-HD TVs
Receiver repeatedly loses connection while watching movies
cannot handle transmitting itunes music and visualizer at once...flaky at best
Summary If you don't have an HDTV, this product is not worth it as it screws up the aspect ratio. I got better resutls through my x-box.
I just got an HDTV and the picture is fantastic...except now the box keeps losing signal partway through a movie, which is incredibly irritating. I'm not sure if this is due to my laptop or the netgear receiver, but I'm inclined to suspect the latter.
Neat technology, but they need to iron out the kinks. Hold off until the technology is more fine-tuned or find try a different receiver.

Pros The only pro is to save your money by NOT buying this junk!
Cons Difficult setup, hard to use, disconnects frequently, jumpy pixilated playback.
Summary I spent the extra money to buy a computer with Push To TV technology built in. I would have been better off buying an HDMI cable and save a few hundred bucks too boot!
Pros Works sometime good!
Cons Video and audio choppy.
Summary Waiting for next version
