Cons: I have to constantly reinstall program
Summary: I like the product, however the program kepts getting corrupted and will not open. So I am constantly reinstalling the software. When I called netgear about the problem, They wanted money from me to correct the problem. I asked to speak to a supervisor, I was given a case #15703489 and never heard back from them. Their customer service is horrible. it will be the undoing of netgear.
