Pros: a really convenient way to stream HD media from your laptop. very simple to use and set up.

Cons: Screws up aspect ratio on non-HD TVs
Receiver repeatedly loses connection while watching movies
cannot handle transmitting itunes music and visualizer at once...flaky at best

Summary: If you don't have an HDTV, this product is not worth it as it screws up the aspect ratio. I got better resutls through my x-box.

I just got an HDTV and the picture is fantastic...except now the box keeps losing signal partway through a movie, which is incredibly irritating. I'm not sure if this is due to my laptop or the netgear receiver, but I'm inclined to suspect the latter.

Neat technology, but they need to iron out the kinks. Hold off until the technology is more fine-tuned or find try a different receiver.
