NetGear PTV1000 Push2TV

Pros: Works as designed, simple & easy to use and once connected for the initial set-up it remembers the details and connects at the push of a button! Very impressive technology.

Cons: Stuttering playback makes watching movies VERY annoying! It is supposed to replace the need for a HDMI cable but really, it's not the same. Apart from the stutter, there is also a lag.

Summary: I love the idea and really wished it worked! I didn't have the same problems with aspect ratio's when connecting an analogue TV as nsontag18, I got a really good picture, even on my old TV. However it will "stall" or "stutter" when playing streaming media. I thought maybe it was because it had to do too much, converting my signal to analogue, but after reading nsontag18's review he seems to have the same problems with HD TV. Will update after testing on a new HDTV. I noticed a firmware update was downloaded when I first plugged it in, so I am hoping it will continue to be updated until it works!!
Having said that, it would be perfectly fine to use for power point shows or photographs, sideshows, etc. For movies or music streaming be warned, it is not uninterrupted streaming by a long shot!
My computer has a dedicated button for connecting so I hope they 'fix' this problem, I don't understand why they have released this technology without ironing out the bumps?
