Pros
connects all 3 consoles and allows a MUCH better picture than RF switches or plain a/v cables. Wires are static shielded.

you have to unplug a console to plug another one up cause the plugs on the end won't reach

If you have an hdtv or plasma tv you need a component cable to get the full color and clarity out of the consoles or to switch to higher resolutions. Newer tube tvs and flat screen tvs have s-video hookups and the games look a lot better on it if you have it, they're especially crisp and smooth. It works for all 3 consoles, and the wires are coated with an anti-static mesh. I was having trouble with video cables leaving scrolling lines in my screen because my house has a lot of static. I got this, and it went away.
