    "One of the best A/V receivers in it's price range."

    Pros: Very solid and powerful. Better sounding than Yamaha in this price range. No fancy gimmicks, just quality. Remote can operate many units.

    Cons: Radio tuning and using "presets" is a bit difficult. Can't operate some features without remote.

    Summary: I've owned this receiver for seven years and it still rocks. It can be used as a straight pre-amp because it has all outputs. I use an Adcom GFA555-II to run my mains (Dahlquist DQ-10's) because no receiver can really power them adequately.
