Pros: Cheap! Not in quality but in cost. I picked one up recently after all available discounts for under $175. Sound quality is excellent, slightly better than my recently deceased Onkyo. Lots of options. 3 year warranty.
Cons: No HDMI. Also found set up a little confusing, had to email back and forth with Marantz to get it working properly. Ended up using analog 7.1 connections from my HTPC's sound card versus the digital coax I used with my Onkyo.
